Gerson and Heike Witzlau

In 2007, we were sent out as missionaries by Globe Mission through our church in Bad Gandersheim. From 2007 to 2021, we worked in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we were initially part of a church-planting project amongst the Roma community. The spiritual situation in our neighbourhood led us increasingly to recognise worship and intercession as a key to transformation, so in 2013 we launched a house of prayer in Sarajevo.
In 2021, God led us as a family – now with five children – back to Bad Gandersheim. There, in the same year, we also began establishing a house of prayer, which we continue to lead to this day. We also offer healing and deliverance ministry and teach in these areas. We remain connected to the prayer network emerging in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, and are involved in various local projects.
