Globe Mission supports men, women and families in their cross-cultural ministries, working together to serve God and mankind.
Although our missionaries carry the responsibility of fulfilling their own vision, Globe Mission provides them with training, consultation, administrative, and prayer support.
We consider each missionary to be a part of our missions family.
Are you planning on a missionary career, and would you like to know how you could serve in co-operation with Globe Mission?
This page will guide you through the steps you need to take to become a Globe Mission missionary.

Discuss your desire to become a missionary with your church leaders and pastor. You need to be an active member of a church that will continually pray for you and support your ministry in the future.
Set up an appointment at the Globe Mission center in Hamminkeln, Germany. Let us personally advise you of the steps you need to take to prepare for a career on the mission field.
We offer a two-week missions training course at least once a year for all missionary candidates. This course is a requirement for all missionaries wanting to serve with Globe Mission.
When you decided to apply, write an e-mail to office@globemission.org or use the contact form. We will send you a link to apply online. When the application form has been submitted, Globe Mission will collect the references and hand the completed application process to the board for evaluation and approval.
If your application is approved, then Globe Mission will inform you of your acceptance for missionary service, and the next steps you will need to take. This will include writing your job description, calculating your required budget needs, and taking care of insurance matters.
Globe Mission missionaries are considered self-employed contractors. All contractual agreements will be discussed and agreed upon with the applicant.
Homecoming
Every three years we look forward to welcoming you to our annual missionary gathering. This opportunity to interact with other Globe Mission missionaries and staff is also a requirement for contract renewal.
The Family
A loving and caring family atmosphere is vital to building relationships based on responsibility and trust.
Sharing
Our missionaries contribute 10% of their income to the general missions fund. In this way, all of us share equally in the costs of the ministry.
Core Values
The core values of Globe Mission are faith, mercy and service. Both our attitudes and our behavior at home or abroad need to be governed by these values.
