Traction is a six-day experience created to encourage global workers serving in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Traction is unlike any other conference. It is not about filling notebooks or grinding leadership skills. It is about living as single men, husbands, fathers, leaders, and as men who have to deal with considerable intercultural stress.
