After my FSJ in Tanzania I often returned there. God had clearly called me to serve Him there.
With this goal in mind, I completed a degree in education and a Bible school. Because good education is an important key for Africa’s young generation to escape poverty.
But God does not only want to free people from poverty. He wants to set them free from false dependencies, from guilt and shame, from sorcery and fears, and call them into trusting dependence on him.
So my call has concretized into a spiritual ministry for children and adults.
Since 2021 I have been working in a children’s home in Morogoro and in the missionary Kairos movement in Tanzania.
The Agape Children’s Village was founded by AVC -(Action for persecuted Christians and people in need) and gives a home to about 25 children and young people.
Our goal is to be a loving home for these children without family support and to educate them in the faith.
We accompany them through school and education and pray that they will then be strong enough to go their own way on their own. As part of the leadership team, my focus is on the spiritual formation of the children.
In addition to children’s programs and camps, it is important to me to train and spiritually accompany the house moms so that they can pass on their own faith well to the children.

In addition to working at the children’s home, I am part of the newly formed Kairos Movement in Tanzania. We work on the material of the international Kairos course in Swahili and hold the one-week courses for Tanzanian Christians in all parts of the country. There they learn that even in their own country they are part of the great commission to reach unreached people with the Gospel.
