Philip Dongus

My name is Philip and I live near Munich.

My path to mission

During my dual theology studies (2018–2021) and my time in church ministry, God particularly laid the topics of church planting and leadership development on my heart.

In 2021, I participated for the first time in a church planting training course offered by Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) in Stuttgart.
This experience was groundbreaking and led me into a deeper connection with the DCPI movement.
Since May 2023, I have been part of DCPI Euro-Med, a network for Europe and the Mediterranean region.

In the same year, Björn Lütke took over the leadership of DCPI Euro-Med. Through my encounter with him and his wife Brita, a close collaboration developed, which has led to me being part of their apostolic ministry today.

My areas of responsibility

• Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) – Europe & Mediterranean. —>Church planters are trained there.
• Federation of Pentecostal Free Churches (BFP) – Global Division. —>BFP Global connects churches that have been planted by BFP churches or missionaries outside of Germany.
• Crossing Waves —> We train leaders, connect churches, and help them plant more churches.
• Bridge Center for Israel (BCI) —> The goal is to develop partnerships between churches in Europe and Israel in order to promote the kingdom of God among the Jewish population in Europe and Israel.

I am grateful to be involved in various initiatives that promote worldwide church planting and leadership development.
