We are the family Ribeiro …

André already worked 5 years with YMAM in different countries like France, East Timur, Indonesia and Southafrica. In the age of 17 God also called Christina into missions, several stays in Brazil and 3 years at a Biblecollege followed.

In the beginning of 2006 we got to know each other in a missionforum in internet, a relationship developed and we finally married in 2007.

Our vision for Brasil is to work with families at risk in the favela background. We want to break the circle of violence and dispair. We want to bring those families in touch with the love of God and encourage them to become responsible parents and christians. Our goal on the longrun is to build up a kind of familycenter to offer education (like language courses, educational assistence, computercourses etc.) to make a better future possible for this families.
