My name is Elena Turan and I have allowed God to thwart my plans!
I am a trained office administrator and have worked in sales for over 13 years, most recently as a presales consultant for an ERP system.
God made it very clear to me in 2022 that I should cancel my vacation and instead, for the first time in my life, take part in a mission trip. With Reach Mallorca, I went to the Ballermann to preach the gospel to the people there.
God used this outreach to put the question on my heart as to whether I was ready to leave EVERYTHING behind for HIM.
My answer was: YES!
I then quit my job, sold my belongings and emigrated to Mallorca in February 2023 to found and lead the Reach Mallorca School with a small team.
Since February 2025, I have been in a time of transition in which God can show me where HE wants to use me in the long term.
Are you wondering how my transition time is filled?
I invest myself in Globe Mission and am allowed to be a link between the head office and missionaries on the field, take over the project management for an area and bring people interested in missions into contact with Globe Mission. I go out and preach the gospel, share testimonies on social media, live discipleship, preach and participate in a Christian festival in Ibiza.
Pray with me that God will clearly show where HE wants to place me.
