Joerg and Iris Schueltzke are pastors and were 15 years as church planters in the Middle East.

Since 2012 they are back in Germany and since 2014 their focus is on the work with refugees. In this context, they have conducted basic courses in faith, prepared for baptism and set up international small groups.

They want to train Iranian and Afghan believers with leadership potential throughout Germany so that they can reach their own ethnic group with the Gospel. The goal is the foundation of independent congregations or the integration into already existing German congregations.

For this purpose they want to build up a network that accompanies and supports these Iranians and Afghans in Germany. In cooperation with local congregations they want to find people with such skills and accompany them on site through mentors.

The Schültzke couple has already started training the first group of Iranians and Afghans from different communities in NRW.

The participants will be equipped to serve in their own churches, their own ethnic group and among other unreached ethnic groups in Germany and at the same time to guide other people to do the same according to 2.Tim. 2:2.
