Corina Dau

Hey hey,
I’m Corina, currently 42 years old, born and raised in a German community in Uruguay, South America. I love my 10 nieces and nephews, as well as mate, coffee, and deep conversations. Fun fact: I have 64 cousins and have visited over 20 islands in my life, mostly while on outreaches.

I’m a trained nurse and worked in this field for several years in various departments (ICU, home intensive care, oncology, etc.).

However, my professional life has been shaped more by my work with YWAM for over 12 years now. In the areas of discipleship, event management, evangelism, prayer, and hospitality, I have served in the USA, the Caribbean, and most recently in Germany. Through all these very diverse experiences, a vision or idea has developed in my heart over the past few years: to establish a café where people who harbor prejudices against God and the church can experience this God in a very real way, and which at the same time becomes a place for encounters and fellowship.

A year and a half ago, I decided to pursue this idea and see if it would come to fruition. My path has led me to Mallorca, where I will build this café together with others.
