Moite: I was born in Italy, raised in South Brazil and German through my mother.
After school in Brazil I moved to Germany – together with the biggest question of my life:
What will I do with my life? What profession will I learn and practice?
There I learned to trust God and to ask God these questions in a very concrete way.
I was led to do a discipleship training with JmeM (Youth with a Mission) in Herrnhut.
There God gave me my calling as a missionary and I said YES to a life where I serve Him and live full-time missionary – wherever and for whatever He calls me.
Aniely: I am originally from Pernambuco, northeastern Brazil. I gave my life to Jesus when I was six years old. And started praying at an early age.
Always involved in the church, I also attended a prophetic seminar there. That’s also where I got my call to go to Jamaica.
In preparation, I did a discipleship school with JmeM (Youth with a Mission) and another school for “Introduction to Ethnolinguistic and Cultural Studies.”
In Jamaica, the revelation of my identity as a daughter of God and His Fatherhood grew – not only in my mind, but also in my daily life and in the way I talked.
At the time, I could not have imagined that many years later God would call me to work with abused women. These revelations became keys to my ministry.
We are the Corleta family, married since 04/22/2017 and we have the goal to know God more and more and to make Him known.
We are missionaries and so far we have reached about 10 nations with our work, with the help of YWAM (Youth with a Mission), Wycliff, local churches and other organizations. Our greatest desire is to embody God in every cultural context.
In the city of Maceió, our family will serve the people of Alagoas in full-time ministry. There we will apply the tools we have gained, from previous trainings, such as the carpentry training, the make-up artist training, and the schools and projects already in place in YWAM.
Our focus is to work from the ministry of mercy, teaching the Word of God and encouraging people to strive for a better humane vision and quality of life.
That the love of God is manifested in the lives of people who live apart from Him. That we give them hope and a new perspective on life.
We want to magnify the Lord by helping them on the natural level and thereby restoring them spiritually.
To bring the love and care of God to those who are excluded, so that through this their dignity is restored.
