What did Jesus mean when he said “make disciples of all nations”? He was not referring to “nations” in the modern-day political or geographical sense of the word, but to ethnic groups. Up to hundreds of ethnic groups might reside in one country. All of them need to hear the Good News.
Of about 16,000 ethnic groups around the world 7,000 are still thought to be “unreached.” They need prayer as well as missionaries who are willing to live in their midst, learn a foreign language, and encourage the growth of an indigenous church. Will you pray with us for this to happen? Every day you will find on this page a different unreached ethnic group that you can pray for. (Source: www.joshuaproject.net)
